Emmat’s high-quality range of reusable Monopolar cables are manufactured in accordance to the requirements of BS EN ISO 60601-2-2: 2009.
Key features include:
- Injection moulded connectors using medical grade elastomers offering safe, moisture resistant connection.
- Ergonomically designed connectors featuring ribbed finish to aid removal from instrument and generator.
- Red colour identifying Diathermy leads
- Non memory forming cables
- Available in either 3 Metre or 5 Metre Lengths.
- Standard 4.8mm Instrument connector
- Terminates either 4mm Pin, or 8mm Bovie generator connector.
Emmat’s bipolar cable range is manufactured according to the requirements of BS EN ISO 60601-2-2: 2011. Non memory forming, high quality Bipolar leads available in either 3 Metre or 5 Metre lengths according to requirement.
Instrument connectors are injection moulded using high quality medical grade elastomers, which ensure safe, moisture resistant connection. All of our Bipolar leads feature our twin 4mm pin fixed pitch adjustable generator connector, the only cable of this type to fully comply with the requirements of the manufacturing standard. Using our bipolar cables ensures complete safety to both user and patient, as in-correct connection to the Electrosurgery generator is simply not possible.
